This is really easy to make, and is a fantastic stand-in for traditional cranberry jelly.
2 red onions, sliced
1 red chili (optional)
1 garlic clove
1/2 lb cranberries
2 tbsp oil
1/2 lb sugar
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1. Fry the onions, chili, garlic and cranberries over low heat until the berries pop, about 15 minutes.
2. Stir in the sugar and wine, and cook until most of the liquid has reduced.
3. Stir in the stock and Worcestershire sauce and heat through.
